Independence built at your pace.
Support to build the everyday skills and confidence needed for independent living. Centrelink, appointments, tenancy, daily routines – the practical capacity-building work that helps young men step into adulthood.
Support shaped around the participant.
Supported Independent Living with us is about building the practical skills and confidence that help participants manage their own lives. We work alongside young men to develop routines, handle appointments, navigate systems, and build the daily habits that support independence.
We meet participants where they’re at and work at their pace. The first four weeks focus on turning up consistently and building rapport. The work follows trust. From there, everything else becomes possible.
This service can be funded through Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living, Community Participation, Improved Learning, Recovery Coaching) and Core Supports in NDIS plans.

What we do
What we don't do
From enquiry to first session in five days.
Get in touch
Support coordinators, families, or the young person themselves can reach out. Phone, text, email \u2014 whatever’s easiest. We respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
Free first session
An informal first meeting wherever the participant is comfortable. No paperwork. No commitment. Just a conversation to see if there’s a fit.
Intake and planning
If the participant wants to continue, we complete intake and risk assessment with the family and SC. We identify the daily living areas where support will have the most impact.
Building trust, then skills
The first four weeks focus on turning up consistently and building rapport. Then we work on the practical skills \u2014 routines, appointments, systems, tenancy. The work follows trust.
Review and adjustment
Fortnightly written updates to the SC. Formal 12-week review, then 6-monthly. Goals adjust as the participant’s capacity and confidence grow.
