Mission Possible Care Services

Personal Care | NDIS Support

Practical support with daily personal activities.

Personal care for NDIS participants. Hands-on where it’s needed, capacity-building where it’s possible. The mix shifts as circumstances change.
We work alongside each participant — meeting them where they’re at and adjusting the level of hands-on support as skills and confidence grow.

From hands-on support to independent routine.

Morning Routines & Hygiene

Showering, grooming, dressing. Direct support where it’s needed; step-by-step coaching where the participant is building the skill themselves.

Learning to cook meals independently

Meal Preparation

Cooking meals together, planning shopping, and building the kitchen skills for independent eating. Level of support adjusts as confidence grows.

Health & Medication Support

Prompts, routines, and support to attend GP appointments. Where the goal is self-management, we work toward it in steady steps.

Building Daily Structure

A predictable, workable daily rhythm. Consistent support to help routines take shape and become the participant’s own.

How sessions run

Consistent, one-to-one, at home.

Personal care sessions run at the participant’s home, on a schedule that suits their week. The worker focuses on the areas of daily living that matter most — some sessions might focus on one task, others on the wider routine. Session notes are maintained and shared with the Support Coordinator as agreed.
