Mission Possible Care Services

HOUSEHOLD TASKS | NDIS SUPPORT

The everyday admin that helps life run.

Centrelink. MyGov. GP appointments. Court support. License processes. Tenancy. The everyday capacity-building work that helps participants manage independent life — with a mentor who shows up and stays the course.

WHAT HOUSEHOLD TASK SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

Support shaped around the participant.

Household task support is about the practical admin that most of us take for granted — but that can feel overwhelming without the right support. For our participants, this work is often the difference between keeping a tenancy and losing it, between engaging with services and falling through the cracks.

We work alongside participants to build the skills and confidence to manage these tasks independently over time. Not doing it for them. Doing it with them, until they can do it on their own.

This service can be funded through Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living, Community Participation, Improved Learning) and Core Supports in NDIS plans.

Centrelink and MyGov

Navigating online systems, reporting requirements, resolving issues, and keeping payments on track.

Appointments and paperwork

GP visits, court support, license processes, and the admin that comes with navigating systems and services.

Tenancy support

Understanding lease obligations, communicating with real estate agents, maintaining a tenancy, and the skills that keep a home stable.

Routine building

Creating structure and consistency in daily life. The habits and systems that help participants manage their own schedules and responsibilities.

THE DIFFERENCE

Managing life admin with support.

WITHOUT CONSISTENT SUPPORT

Overwhelming

Appointments missed, paperwork piling up
Centrelink and MyGov issues going unresolved
Tenancy at risk from missed obligations
Cycled through support workers without real progress
WITH HOUSEHOLD TASK SUPPORT

Systems and routines that participants can maintain
Skills building toward independent adulthood
Confidence and capacity growing over time
